With more than twenty five years’ experience as a Lawyer in the banking and finance industry with a specific focus on financial institutions and their regulatory regime, on drafting and negotiating complex loan agreements and facility contracts, on managing risk and conducting due diligence by investigating the financial and legal background of parties involved before closing a deal, he has decided to team up with two associates to create FIDEMA Ltd as a service provider & investment structure, which will provide Trade instruments facilitations, structured financing solutions, debt restructuring assistance, Sovereign Debt advisory and Capital mobilisation strategies for companies and sovereign states in Africa.

Francis Kossi Woegna is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, business executive, investment strategist and international-trade professional. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CFS Energy Ltd, advancing sustainable energy, strategic investment and industrial development across Africa.

His career spans project finance, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, mineral resources, corporate leadership and cross-border commerce. Through an extensive international network, he connects project sponsors, financial institutions, investors and development partners.
